## What is MyTide AI?

MyTide is a complete peptide management app. Calculate reconstitution and dosing, log injections, manage vial inventory, schedule doses with reminders, and keep everything synced across your devices with a secure account.

RECONSTITUTION & DOSING CALCULATOR 
Enter your vial amount, reconstitution volume, and desired dose. Get real-time concentration, draw volume, and exact syringe units with a visual syringe display. Supports U-100, U-50, U-40, and U-30 syringes. Save your setups as presets and load them instantly. Blend mode handles dual-peptide preparations in a single vial.

VIAL INVENTORY 
Track every vial you have on hand. See remaining doses, reconstitution dates, and expiration warnings. Vials are created automatically when you set up a schedule, or add them manually from saved presets. Mark vials as empty and refill when ready.

PEPTIDE DATABASE 
Browse 30+ peptides including BPC-157, TB-500, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, and more. Each entry covers typical dosage ranges, common uses, side effects, and administration notes. Mark favorites for quick access throughout the app.

INJECTION LOGGING 
Record every injection with peptide, dosage, syringe units, injection site, and optional notes. Track side effects with severity ratings. Smart site rotation suggests where to inject next. View your full history with filters by date, peptide, or site, plus stats like total injections, average dose, and adherence percentage.

SCHEDULING & CALENDAR 
Create dose schedules with flexible frequencies — daily, weekly, bi-weekly, every X days, or custom intervals. A visual calendar shows scheduled, completed, skipped, and unscheduled doses at a glance. Countdown cards display your next upcoming doses with quick-complete actions. Local notifications keep you on track.

ACCOUNT & CLOUD SYNC
