But this is seemingly impossible. Surely one of the first pages should show you a Log in page or alternatively act as guest????? I tried to book a family splash session but on one page it doesn’t show Tues 15 th as being available while using a different route it does show but still couldn’t book it. I even went in to the Pavilion to ask, and they said there is plenty of spaces, but can’t seem to book it. Tried both the app and the website. Both as bad. Not the best experience!! This time my class doesn’t even appear on the list!!! Every Sunday night at 10pm, I have the same old nonsense! I have an email from The Spa telling me download the app but I can’t track them down. Then get as far as payment, to find out it needs to be a cashless system. I then make a payment from my credit card to the app cashless system, the whole thing crashes. I go back in to the app, my session is no longer available and I cannot see if the payment has transferred from my credit card into the system. Useless ### 1/5 — Standard of Courses *2026-04-18, version 109.34.1* Despite prices of golf courses going up sadly the conditions of those courses have deteriorated. In fairness it appears at this time they are trying to rectify this. To pay over £1000 per year for a seven day membership is not in my view value for money and then double that for two people from the same household it is a large chunk of money, especially if the courses are not of good quality. Unless matters change I will be voting with my feet. Why can’t you consider a reduced fee for a second membership which would help, even private courses are offering a reduction so come on, sort the courses out and do something for more than 1 member per household please. Your booking app has recently changed and not for the better…. I can’t log on and you can’t book for two people why? Over complicated, messy and not very intuitive at all. This would be an absolute lost cause for someone who is not tech savvy. All I want to do is book a tee time for next weekend - I don’t want to know what events there are, I don’t care about health fitness memberships and I especially don’t want to have to scroll through a weeks worth of tee times to get to the day I want to book. I thoroughly enjoyed it. You can take exercises at your own pace and do only what feels right for you. Its certainly worth giving this session a try to lift your mood and and get your body moving, whilst having fun also ### 5/5 — Wow, what a twist *2023-09-18, version 106.71* I found the app to be counter-intuitive but now it’s actually very useful. I would like to see more gym equipment and motivating music more readily available, water fountain was in need of maintenance hopeful not out of action too long. This is one the most convenient sports hubs available to me i’m glad it’s back on my radar. Inclusive multi centres close to Orpington is a plus for me. However, the app (and the website version) offer no way for anyone to update any of their details. This is surely a standard feature for any online account. Over complicated , relies on too many click, too many people involved if you want to book a tee time for yourself and a couple of mates and you are expected to pay up front. No refund as well if you get it wrong. It’s just wrong and again faceless people behind it who you cannot contact to correct. Don’t bother till they change it. ### 5/5 — Easy, at a glance booking *2020-01-16, version 4.32* A big improvement on the website option. Easy to use and quick to see whether a class is full or not. Can add to calendar. I would recommend this to regular users of ‘my time’ classes.
