The MyTime - Ramsay Healthcare mobile application was initially designed as an alternative to the current methods of touching in and touching out for shifts and viewing upcoming shifts. The touch in and out data is transmitted to the Ramsay time and attendance system and will be managed as touch in and touch outs are managed today. So I’ve tried to reset my password but receive no email to do this. I’ve tried to email FIN support but my emails keep getting rejected and sent back. There is no contact phone number. How am I suppose to access this app? ### 1/5 — Too many bugs, time consuming *2023-03-23* Time consuming, screen jumping back to top while trying to select preferences/ workplaces, screen jumping/ scrolling back to top while trying to select shifts, have to open every shift to find preferred shift times, opened shifts bounce back and you have to find where you were again, unable to see already selected/ approved shifts while selecting other shifts, no fortnightly calendar view, too many bugs, non user friendly, bring back Shiftmatch. Crashing, scrolling problems, unable to add or delete our availabilities. Also can’t check where your shifts were after ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-03-16* The only reason I am giving this 1 star is because of the ease of the touch on/off system. When booking shifts, needing to scroll through the whole 492 (todays number)of shifts available, can’t see just nightshift if that’s what is required so are constantly tapping into availability, then it glitches, screen goes blue and have to start again. Can’t put availability into system, so always having to check the app. Can’t reply to messages on there, can’t delete messages. This had potential to work well but it’s just not user friendly. Needs a huge overhaul. ### 3/5 — Scheduled Shifts Not Showing *2022-10-31* My scheduled shifts are not showing on the app at all. Has been like this for some time now. Please update the app to get rid of these little bugs. Kind regards. ### 3/5 — Tap in a constant problem *2022-10-13* Always have to completely close down my phone and start it again before I can tap on. Then have to wander around in circles and stand on one leg before you can find the only spot it will accept a touch on. Works well for all other activities. ### 2/5 — Touch in issue *2022-03-08* This week I’ve had issues touching in at work, never had a problem before. Tried resetting phone multiple times and turning the location off and back on. Nothing worked :( ### 3/5 — Very limited ability for user to communicate *2021-11-03* App has messages but only one way communication from Ramsay, no facility for staff to message or reply. Staff also not able to reply via app with regard to casual shift allocations. I sometimes have to make multiple phone calls WRT shifts I’m not available for which still show up on my roster. The touch on/off functionality is excellent thank you. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed app *2020-08-20* This app is so frustrating to use. You can’t even change a password without having to go through payroll.
