When I am able to log into this app, which is rare it crashes and is unresponsive. Totally unfit for purpose.

My company decided to use this app for shift changed and holiday requests. It’s slow, hangs, buggy, only works when on Wi-fi (if at all). VERY UNSTABLE

Spend more time not working, changing shifts is a painful experience you can’t select the person you want to swap with from the drop down box. I did manage to book some holiday but had to do one day at a time as it gets very confused if you try to book a week off. Hope it improves as could be a good app.

Buggy!
I hate writing bad reviews but.......
This app fails to show data consistently. The calendar is sluggish at best, I really can’t find a positive. Needs an update to remove bugs.

Terrible User Interface, clunky, slow and generally a poor experience. 

Hopefully, it gets a massive redesign, for example; make the calendar page look like a calendar, not the strange mess it is now

Seems to be a web app disguised as an iOS app. Pages don’t refresh so you have to force them to update by going in and out of other options.

Scrolling in the calendar view is atrocious, with a sluggish response and juddering movement.

The company I work for has chosen to transfer over to this application for our shift Calendar etc. As it stands right now this app is atrocious. It’s very slow, buggy and not user friendly. It makes very hard work of something that should be quick to use and simple to see what you need at a glance. Nobody I work with has much good to say about it. We had a system that worked and since Mytime, we don’t.
