Traveled to edelweiss, and had no service or data but still within Germany, my friends who had Telekom had full service and data. Thanks for nothing and making my vacation worse. Ignore TKS entirely, go Telekom

So difficult to work with. In order to login to tkscable.com, I have to authenticate with this app, but this app does not have MFA. It says “this device is not set up for MFA”. And there is no instructions on how to set it up. Well, what to do now? Please hire a UX/UI designer and fix it soon.
Update: changing from one star to 3. After multiple tries and spending a long time, I was able to setup MFT in the app. I had to use a 3rd party authentication to do it. Still, the clear instructions are needed in the app for first time users. It is not intuitive at all.

Millitary outdid themselves with this new cutting edge technology, the app has an AI feature that will change how you experience apps forever. I even deleted my Instagram and Facebook AND Snapchat, because this app is so amazing I don’t even need them. using this app I was able to secure my first girlfriend, and actually get some play…🌝 TKS is absolutely breathtaking and I heard they are even branching out into medical field, you guys don’t even understand how amazing this is. Even using the phone they gave me and holding it to my head, the doctor told me I gave too mers (which is awesome and means Yull have good luck 🤞) he also said I was morbidly a beast so that’s a plus… By the way, quick side note… tks literally has changed the scope of my thought process, they are a selfless company that gives fair prices and competitive rates. They sent me a care package FILLED with roses and these funny HUGE balloons and a note that said, ~”to my love, my life, my inspiration, I’ll see you later baby” NO ONES EVER TALKED TO ME LIKE THIS… TKS YOU CHANGED MY LIFE 🤪 I wish I could give them 100 starts because they deserve it

Like what’s the point of this app? In order to use it, I have to have a 2-factor authentication, yet it’s doesn’t explain or guide customers where/how they suppose to get it.

If you can avoid it.. although it’s convenient and in the BX… it’s not worth the headache. There are ALWAYS OUTAGES OR SOMETHING WRONG. TKS was created for military, by way of vodofone, and we are scum to them. They take forever to answer the phone and they only work certain hours, but not on weekends when service is really horrible. The one good thing is there is no contract, so you can cancel. *oh and this post includes ALL THEIR SERVICES but ESPECIALLY Internet and Mobile services. THE WORST

Horribly extremely amazingly useless app. Required to sign in to their website but there is no button / option to generate an authentication code to enable you to do so. Astoundingly incompetent. No improvements for 4 years.
