Wasted time signing up and adding payment details for returns. You can still get woolies vouchers if you use it but all other features are useless in Queensland. Just recently I was forced to go from auburn site to Strathfield site due to the glass bottle machine malfunctioning and was fined for a parking offence causing me to lose money even while doing the right thing. In addition the concord site which was my closest Tomra site closing down, forcing me to travel further afield. Initially I thought it was good for the environment however it has become harder and harder to recycle. ### 3/5 — It’s good when it works.. *2021-12-31, version 4.3* Every time I have to use the app, I have to login. I login with PayPal and it never loads. I put in my details and it thinks and think and thinks. Some awful communication between the app and connecting to PayPal. ### 2/5 — Barcode doesn’t work *2021-12-18, version 4.3* I’ve tried it out a couple of different vendor‘s and for some reason the digital setup does not work ### 1/5 — Login via PayPal simply awful *2021-11-19, version 4.1* No idea why it doesn’t work, but I try to login via PayPal over and over without success. Kind of a pointless app if I can’t even login! ### 1/5 — Ridiculous app *2021-11-17* I'm running on an iPad. Every time I launch MyTOMRA it tells me it's an outdated version and I should upgrade. But it only offers me a link to Google Play. Not knowing which platform you're running on is a first year undergrad programming mistake. But I take the hint and go to the Apple App Store looking for an update. There isn't one. The App Store says I'm running the latest. Not being able to do basic version checking is another first year undergrad programming mistake. Fail! Kindly wise-up (or get a developer who knows where her/his iOS towel is). ### 3/5 — Great app but not in Qld *2021-11-06, version 4.1* Unfortunately no longer useful to those of us in Qld. I used to like paying straight into PayPal so I could donate to a charity but now am stuck having to cash in a voucher at a cigarette counter at Woolworths. I had to download a different app to be able to see locations. ### 1/5 — Too much information? *2023-12-02, version 5.0* Why does myTomra want/need full access to my bank account to transfer money. Get the intelligent developers to extend themselves to offer an intelligent fix. They apparently haven’t heard of PayID, Osko, or BSB and Account number!
