The app freezes. The pop up doesn’t accept any activity and there’s no way to continue. Well, the current update got rid of the pop-up. Worst complaint was the time limit logging you out often after 5 minutes. If your shopping using the product scanner feature in a store, a real pain to log back in over & over again. Best to scan your items all in a row to see if they are included or not. Late December 24-January 25, app stuck every time on first page, no menu, no scroll. Deleted app & reinstall didn’t work. I went back to the website and signed in (with same user and password) and logged in. The item I was trying to purchase was even in the cart. I checked out using the website and it worked just fine. Many people are probably unable to use their cards in the store so this may be their only option. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Technologically challenged, and the app works perfectly *2025-07-24* I read all of the horrible reviews and told my husband, “I’ll never get it to work because I am technologically challenged!” I downloaded it and thought, “Let’s give it a try.” It is one of the easiest and most basic apps I’ve ever used. It never froze once and I have the slowest and worst internet known to man! Come on people! All of these negative reviews cannot be real! The app is easy to use and self explainable. If you have a problem call the number for help. ### 5/5 — Works perfect! *2024-03-20* Don’t listen to those who give this app a negative review. Unfortunately there are now a lot of negative people creating dangerous competitor apps that swarm around safe apps and give them negative reviews. They then bully people like me who speak the truth. Our states have a lot of this going on and a lot of fraud going on in the medical and insurance industries. Stick with who gives you the best treatment and what they recommend, and always speak up and speak the truth. You will sometimes find out the worst rated apps are just given a bad rap due to bullies. This one is apparently included in the attempted bullying to death category. Whatever the case, fight for truth in advertising for app developers and internet service providers! Did you know that no matter what internet you buy, it’s still Google internet and that Google still has access to you via Apple’s Cloud Services? That monopoly must end! And, you certainly can buy a good rating on Google or Apple these days even if it’s not directly through Google or Apple. ### 5/5 — Works great! *2024-03-20* I rarely write a review but while this app is kind of tricky I did fine with it and just received my shipment of $75 worth of FREE products. How do you go wrong with that!? Ordered online and had it shipped, shipping was free, got my order in about a week.
