It’s a good, Product, however don’t delete it from your phone. Works maybe 1 out of 10 tries. No issue connecting it, it’s when it comes to actually turning the devices on/off from your phone. And don’t even get me started on the timer function. Absolute trash. The box told me to install this app and follow instructions. No instructions were shown to me upon installation. But I’m uninstalling, all I had to do was put batteries in the remote and it worked. Let me start by saying that the time it took to download the My Touch Smart app, create an account and connect the device was minimal, less than 2 minutes. There are several features in the app for controlling the device, there are scheduled events, timers or manual on or off. If you had more smart plugs you can group them together and operate all of them at once. I’ve been using the manual on/off switch in the app for and it is very responsive, there is no lag when pushing on or off. I believe you can use with google home and Alexa so I’m looking forward to using more of the features and getting more products to use with this app. Works like it’s supposed to so far, surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend!! ### 5/5 — The perfect solution for a basic smart home setup! *2019-10-11* We didn’t want to invest in the time, labor, and money to turn our home into a true smart home with a hub so, as an alternative, we bought myTouchSmart devices and downloaded this app and it turned out to be the perfect solution! I love that this app offers so many different ways to customize my device timings and also allows groupings. And, everything connects to our Echo Dots so we can still control them from any room if we want to deviate from the schedule you’ve set up. This app is so intuitive and user friendly, we couldn’t be more happy with it! ### 5/5 — Excellent Device *2019-10-07* I have been using the Touch Smart plug for about 3 months now at a 2nd home and it works great.
