Lừa đảo trả tiền phòn trc , rôi thông báo hết phòng, ko hoàn tiền lại mà báo đã xử lý. Nên cẩn thận về my tour nhé

I paid for a room in Hue, they charged the money but I never got the room. They called and wanted me to change the hotel. I didn’t want and they did refund the full amount of money although it’s absolutely their false. 

I don’t recommend this app to anyone. Please don’t book through this app. 

Tôi đã thanh toán tiền đặt một phòng ở Huế, họ đã trừ tiền nhưng tôi không hề nhận được phòng. Sau đó, họ gọi cho tôi và yêu cầu tôi đổi sang một khách sạn khác. Tôi không đồng ý, và cuối cùng họ đã hoàn lại toàn bộ số tiền cho tôi, mặc dù rõ ràng đây hoàn toàn là lỗi của họ.

If you’re not Vietnamese, it’s best if you don’t use this app. A lot of the hotels offered are for Vietnamese only but it’s never stated on their site. 
The rooms are shown available but are only AFTER payment do they cancel your booking without follow up. 
The app itself is easy to use but there needs to be clearer indications.
