### 5/5 — Significantly saves time!!!

*2025-05-19, version 11.3.2*

MyTowerHealth has greatly saved the amount of time it will for example book appointments, view medications that i’m taking, or communicate with my doctor and hematologist. It would’ve tooken me hours on the phone to get a list of the medications that i’m currently taking or get answers to my questions straight from my doctors in a quick swift way or even get results from my lab work if needed on the spot, if you want to save time i’d recommend MyTowerHealth!

### 5/5 — Great

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-03-04, version 10.6.3*

I love that I’m able to find all my results and health info in one place!!!

### 3/5 — Post surgery care

*2025-02-13, version 10.6.3*

My post surgery care was questionable. Was my attendant an rn???? After coming out of anesthesia I was handed a pad and a brief. Instructed to urinate…..getting out of my bed and making my way to the bathroom unaware of any assistance, bleeding on the floor and urinating successfully on the toilet instructed to get back into my bloody bed????? Upon discharge I sat down on the transport chair only to have the chair roll backwards…..no brake on the chair????? Of note: my discharge was just 3 hours after a 3 hour surgery…..I was grateful for the discharge. Not assured of the extended post op care I might have received. Prior to my surgery the anesthesiologist said he was going to perform an “airway test”. No result of the test is explained in my chart. Just possibly anything from COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, etc….. I’m sure this test was charged to my insurance…..I feel I deserve an explanation of the test result. Pre op care and my surgery were excellent.

### 5/5 — App usage

*2025-02-12, version 10.6.3*

The app is so easy to use and I love the fact that I can connect to my drs directly, look at lab results, ask questions etc. Very convenient and a great resource for today’s medicine.

### 5/5 — Staff at Phoenixville

*2024-03-12, version 10.6.3*

First your staff at Phoenixville are amazing. From reception to sign in to radiology they are fantastic. I have spent the last 2 years with cancer and my visits have been numerous. I almost have to say they make my trips although some painful and stressful very relaxed and I almost look forward to visiting “my girls”. Sorry for the cliche but I’m 65 and I’m allowed! Love them all to pieces!!!

### 5/5 — Nurses deserve a raise

*2024-02-08, version 10.6.3*

I was admitted January 25-26 on R424.
Tanya(RN) took great care of me and listened to my IV concerns and immediate response to the situation and seeked the assistance from Brooke (RN)as well.
These 2 nurses were truly amazing and deserve my 5 stars and a raise.
Thank you for nursing me back to health.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Communication issues

*2026-03-12, version 11.5.2*

The app works, but communication through it is unreliable. Messages about important medical issues or paperwork can go unanswered for long periods of time, which defeats the purpose of having a patient portal.

### 1/5 — It’s terrible

*2025-07-08, version 11.3.2*

It’s slow and hard to navigate. It’s hard to find messages from providers. I’m honestly not sure how I find them. Not intuitive at all. I am not an idiot but it sure makes me feel like one!

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2024-05-20, version 10.6.3*

Not a good app feels like promoting flu shots and vaccines are the priority. Not the patients information.

### 1/5 — Thieves

*2023-09-05, version 10.1.5*

Worst office ever. Pay your co-pays and the Roxbrough office does not apply to your existing bill. Tried several times to resolve. Getting nothing but the run around. This person will call you back. Not. I am being billed dating back 2/23 for co-pays which affects my credit score after I paid ever single one when I go to the office. I have had an 10yr outstanding relationship with my doc. However this outfit now us disgraceful!

### 1/5 — My picture was used without my permission

*2022-12-07, version 10.1.5*

The receptionist at my NP office took my picture without telling me what it is being used for. The app didn’t make it easier for me to even delete the picture. I’ve also tried unsuccessfully in deleting the photo, as the app doesn’t allow me that option.

### 1/5 — Can’t pay my bill

*2022-02-02, version 9.9.2*

Isn’t that the whole reason to have an app?

### 1/5 — Brian Miller

*2021-12-31, version 9.8.4*

Not happy with the time of the results of my covid test. My wife was told that it would only take 24 hours to revive the results back. We are leaving for a cruise today.

Sincerely

Mr. Miller

### 2/5 — Summary

*2022-08-06, version 10.1.5*

You are not able to get a summary of your hospital stays. You can email anyone to send you a summary or even questions about your results . Other hospitals allow u to get your summary and other reports so u can send to your accident or etc other insurance

### 2/5 — No consistent doctors, and medication shaming

*2022-05-18, version 10.1.5*

I was going to Drexel Family medicine since about 2016, when I just learned a couple weeks ago that they stopped taking my Medicaid plan. But I was never fully happy with my experience to begin with. I was never placed with the same doctor. Every visit they put me with someone else who I then had to re-explain my entire medical and mental health history to. I had to always make sure they checked my chart for medications I am taking, otherwise they would go ahead and prescribe me something that may interact with any one of my several other meds.

My most recent visit I had a telehealth appointment regarding my migraine history. I was seeking other treatment options for migraines due to the OTC meds no longer working. As that doctor was going through my list of current meds, she comments on the fact that I am prescribed klonopin by my psychiatrist for panic attacks. Her comment was that Drexel doesn’t like benzos and doesn’t prescribe them. Like, okay? Did I mention that I was seeking BENZOS from you?? I see a psychiatrist and a therapist. I am in treatment for complex PTSD and severe anxiety disorders. I was seeing YOU about migraines. Why treat me like I’m a drug seeker? Also, if you have so many mental health patients seeing you, you really need to be more flexible any way with the treatment plan those patients are in with their mental health professionals. Don’t be critical of that, especially if I’m not asking YOU about anything other than help with my migraines that are getting worse!

Anyway, I guess that the fact that this location is closing is my motivator to find a primary care doctor who is ok working with a patient in psychiatric care who is prescribed certain kinds of meds. If you have a problem working with me due to prescribed klonopin, then I need to find someone who is more open minded. Please understand that patients need to be taken in their full context and not assume they are pill abusers. The decisions I make with my psychiatric care teams are informed and mindful. I care about my mental health, and I won’t be shamed by Drexel Family Medicine.

### 3/5 — Refills

*2026-05-19, version 11.7.4*

Very difficult to get refills. I have no voice, so calling is not an option. I do not drive, so home deliveries are vital. Having to find someone to call for me or pick up is trying and I feel like I am being punished for my disability.
