You have to login every time you use the app, it doesn’t have a feature where you can use Apple finger or Face login. It’s hard to navigate between adding food and shopping cart, sometime it won’t let you remove something from it also. Plus many other problems with just the program itself, so glitchy. It’s like this app is stuck in beta mode. I noticed this app has been out for awhile, but I don’t see them reinvesting in it, no evidence to prove they are. To bad because I’m stuck using it in this small city. Because the other mainstream food delivery apps have almost nonexistent usage with the local businesses here. I really hope this app steps it up a lot....really quick! Oh, one good thing about the app is they have the largest selection of business to order from. Maybe all the money is going to the salespersons instead of the app and webpage. ### 2/5 — Needs more work *2019-02-13, version 1.1.0* App lags and takes longer to load. There’s a good variety of options with the food but this app requires strict patience from customers. Ppl who are constantly busy and on the go bc of work or school, etc needs an up and ready to go app that is a little more fast paced. ### 2/5 — Horrible app *2018-06-11, version 1.1.0* Sometimes your food will get to you before it’s cold but most of the time it arrives the way you did NOT order it. The app itself is a mess, super slow constantly freezes up & over charges you on specific restaurants. I called to cancel the meal as I was not home and didn’t purchase it myself. The lady whom answered was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me while I was talking. Finally got my refund after a hour of trying to communicate with them. Now, over a month later, they refuse to deliver to me at all. Pretty pathetic. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2018-03-25, version 1.0.4* I understand the delivery charge but when I compared their prices to those of the actual restaurant online they are also up charging on each item of food. Some things as much as 4 extra dollars on an appetizer. U can be paying 30 extra just just to have it delivered. ### 1/5 — Cancelled delivery *2017-08-30, version 1.0.2* This app allowed me to order delivery from a restaurant that doesn't even accept online delivery orders. I waited one and a half hours before my order was mysteriously cancelled without notification. I called the restaurant prepared to yell at them. Instead, they informed me that my order should never have been accepted. Never using this app again. ### 2/5 — Unresponsive controls *2017-08-04, version 1.0.2* The navigation controls tended to be unresponsive on my iPhone 7. I found that they sometimes responded very slowly if at all. It was hard to change my settings once selected. I can’t get passed the part that asks for your time. I try to pick a time and it says “undefined “. Website has same issue. ### 1/5 — Terrible App! *2019-08-16, version 1.1.0* This app is terrible! It always shows me restaurants that are not even in my town despite entering my address repeatedly. They also up-charge majorly! Was going to order from Chili's but saw the price of what I wanted was $3 more than at the actual restaurant! Needless to say I will probably never order using this app. ### 1/5 — Too Slow *2019-05-21, version 1.1.0* I shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for my food to come especially if the restaurant isn’t busy very aggravating plus my food comes cold sometimes because they’re so slow . ### 1/5 — This App & Business is TRASHHHH! *2019-04-26, version 1.1.0* Everything on there is NOT original prices, I was ordering from yellow basket & the 4 piece chicken strips cost about 13.99$ but i go there all the time, the original price is 8$ & it suppose to come with some fries & a drink theres no option for me to choose if I wanted a drink or what size of fries I wanted it wasn’t on there, Thennn when I’m ready to checkout I look at the price & it said 34.92$!! Just for 2 of the 4 piece so I exited out of the app because that’s crazy I didn’t understand why , I went on yelp & doubt checked the prices so Ik I’m not trippn, like they really out here Trynna play people then they want a tip I only tipped once but then I started seeing my receipt 🧾 & noticed they getting paid either way if u tip them or not so I just stopped tipping . (Delivery fee + tax) ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS APP *2018-12-30, version 1.1.0* First of all, the app the barley useable. It glitches and is not user friendly whats so ever. When I was browsing different options for the menu, I accidentally added something. But I didn’t place an order when it was time to check out and pay I tried to delete what I accidentally ordered off the menu.....the order got placed anyway. Then when I actually decided to place an order that I wanted everything seemed fine, then when the delivery guy got here my tab was way more than it was supposed to be plus the order I tried to delete, got submitted as well. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this app *2018-12-02, version 1.1.0* Freezing constantly , I just deleted app and won’t use it again , also restaurants disappeared ### 1/5 — Terrible app and promo codes don’t work *2018-10-21, version 1.1.0* I live in Des Moines IA and even though a resturaunt is a MILE from my house it’s an hour and a half wait even though I called the restaurant and they said they aren’t busy. (I have the flu so can’t leave the house) Also the app is absolutely terrible and is always freezing even though I have an updated phone. The driver tip is also built in to the price, which means you can’t choose the tip. The tip that they put on a driver for less than a mile away is FIVE dollars, which to me is absolutely insane for an almost 2 hour wait time. The app is extremely hard to use. I have heard nothing but bad things, and did not end up completing my order because it was so hard to use. Also, I tried tons of promo codes, they tell you that as a first time customer delivery is free, they have printed cards with codes on them and none of them ever work ### 1/5 — Notification spammer *2018-09-10, version 1.1.0* Abuses its ability to send notificatuons. ### 1/5 — 👎🏼 *2018-08-31, version 1.1.0* Y’all always take so long and it’s not warm by the time it gets here. Also who the hell closes at 10 pm on a Friday night? Often forgets something such as drinks or gets the order wrong due to failure to read the comment section for the food I selected ### 1/5 — Beware: Creepy Drivers *2018-08-30, version 1.1.0* I live on an Army base and ordered food. The driver told me he couldn’t get on base and asked me to meet him at the gate which isn’t a huge problem but kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. When I got my food, without asking, the driver told me he couldn’t get on base because he has a felony on his record. He said this while staring at my chest the whole time. Definitely recommend this service for our area! ### 5/5 — 1st time user, very impressed! *2018-06-08, version 1.1.0* Recovering from surgery, wasn’t in the mood to drive around esp on pain meds, so I gave these guys a chance & they did exactly what I expected them to do, which was deliver my order, on time as promised, with no drama & no excuses for about $5 plus tip. Awesome. They allowed me to verify my food before I signed, tip can be pain in the app or cash. Does NOT get any simpler & convenient as that! Well done!
