For the driver of DBI2803, he/she didn’t arrive at all at the pick-up point. I was just near where he was but decided to skip my trip by going straight to Balibago. It was extremely disappointing what he/she did. Knowing I was able to see his/her location, and still skipped the trip even without me canceling it. I hope you get reprimanded and reminded that that’s not how the app works. As far as I know, you shouldn’t skip trips. 

Disappointing.

Rate is 2 star, can you still update your app? Can you make the vehicle visible before accepting it, madalas kasi nakalagpas na sa area for pick up and papunta na sa drop off point mo.  And can you make it one way also for one vehicle it so hard sa commuters and sa driver kung may iddrop pa sa kabila ang nakapag book kana napakahassle sa drivers na sayang effort pumunta dun sa pick up then icacancel lang. please update more. Thank you

I appreciate that nowadays we can take FREE RIDE. Just how much can we save because of this project. 

Will I use it again? Yes, I guess.
Just a tip. Book early because it will really take time to wait for the vehicle to arrive due to uncontrollable traffic.
