It’s great for seeing bookings and super quick and easy to view payslips and you can track your current timesheet to check your hours are logged! Sometimes i’ve had issues where I try to open the app and it immediately closes repeatedly. However this is always fixed after a few hours/ overnight. Great overall! ### 4/5 — Glitching *2024-02-26, version 1.7* My TP app has logged me out and won’t let me sign it. I enter my details press sign in and it goes to a purple screen and it then comes back to the sign in page over and over. Getting fustrated as there is no option to update and I have deleted the app 3 times and redownloaded it 3 times. ### 4/5 — Needs improving so 2* review *2022-10-19, version 1.3* There’s no way via the app to set your personal max travel distance or to list the schools/post codes that you can get to. I used to save the web browser but this just makes life so much easier! It leaves a rogue API on your device - api.teachingpersonnel.com. I have requested support but have had no response from developer. GDPR probably applies! ### 1/5 — Stuck in a leap hole *2025-03-21, version 1.8* Trying to login when I click on press Forgotton password it says that my email account isn’t registered. When I try to register for a new account, it says there is an account registered to that email address and to contact the branch. The branch sent me an email to reset my password but I just get the same login screen again and then I’m going round in circles. I find my work is almost none existent since moving onto it. However, it frequently logs me out and won’t let me log back in even after updating the app. Please fix this. ### 2/5 — Very temperamental *2024-05-24, version 1.8* The App is temperamental, it requires you to repeatedly logon, throws you out and often the information that has been put onto it is incorrect which is very frustrating. The calendar is not accurate as a consequence and quite frankly I have never used it for accuracy. It is not corrected even when a request is made, on numerous occasions. Considering it should be a very useful tool and one that could be a “one stop shop “ it fails on every level. I have never used it to communicate and I am not aware of anyone else who has. I have not received a notification on it either. Unless the software is updated and made fit for purpose I would not recommend it. ### 2/5 — TP Staff need To use it more *2024-05-24, version 1.8* It a good idea..and it’s convenient to hear about jobs.. instead of being rung up. Constant error page and logs me out, then loads the sign in page for minutes then jumps back to the beginning and then shows other error messages. Seems to be in the last week it’s been playing up.
