J’ai payé cette application assez cher, et aujourd’hui elle est tout simplement inutilisable.
Un message indique qu’une mise à jour est nécessaire, mais il est impossible d’y accéder. Résultat : application bloquée, service indisponible.
Je trouve cela inadmissible pour une application payante. Quand on fait payer un service, on est censé garantir son fonctionnement ou au minimum proposer une solution rapide. En l’état, j’ai clairement le sentiment de m’être fait avoir.
Très déçue par cette expérience.
Je ne recommande absolument pas cette application.

J’ai payer 34€ pour un an , la quasi plupart du temps il n’arrive même pas à scanner mes assiettes  error https 505 c une honte ! Honte à vous

Depuis que je l ai téléchargé beaucoup de bug de l application/perte des données sur 1 semaine/impossible de scanner la photo (error 500) 
Une grosse arnaque !

Depuis fin mai j ai pris un abonnement de 1 an 35 euros
Depuis 1 mois j ai fait 2 demandes car l application ne fonctionne pas correctement avec un message d erreur 500 - cela fait au moins 1 mois que j attends la réponse du site ! Et de leur soit disant contacte via l application !
Je me suis fait avoir de 35 euros éviter ! Je trouve cela regrettable avec un prix non justifié ! 
Chat gpt vous donne toutes les infos ! Pas merci au concepteur qui ne répond pas !

J’ai pris un abonnement à 20€ (une année) sauf que l’application a fonctionné 1 mois. Et ensuite, à chaque fois que j’ai voulu prendre un photo un plat, il y avait un message d’erreur. Je ne peux que scanner les codes bar. Mais je n’ai pas payé 20€ pour avoir seulement la moitié des fonctionnalités. J’ai contacté 4x le service client dans l’application, sans retour. Si je n’obtiens pas de réponse, je veux au moins un remboursement.

Je viens de souscrire un abonnement à l’application TrackAi pour un montant de 19 €. Malheureusement, l’application ne fonctionne pas correctement sur mon appareil et je ne peux pas en profiter comme prévu.

Étant donné que le service n’est pas utilisable, je souhaiterais obtenir un remboursement intégral de mon abonnement.

Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoile je l’aurai fait, abonnement qui ne sert à rien. Personnel sav très familier, on aurait dit que je parlais à un enfant de 10ans. Intelligence artificielle qui doit être améliorée. Tournez vous vers d’autres applications qui mérite d’être payante qui vous propose bien + de choses que cette application inutile.

J’ai acheté l’abonnement mais à chaque fois que je prends en photo mon assiette contenant mes aliments dedans, je dois prendre l’assiette en photo 4 à 5 fois pour que ça marche et que ça compte enfin mes calories, sinon ça me met à chaque fois Scan erreurs , régler ce bug svp et ma note sera rectifiée.

Je ne peux pas rentrer dans le menu, il me demande de prendre «l’essai gratuit» mais je ne veux pas donc je ne peux pas entrer dans le menu parce que pas de croix pour dire non merci dommage..
