It’s kind of a joke. In fact several of my interactions with this bank hav been less than positive. I honestly get the feeling I’m dealing with a Chinese owned bank. ### 1/5 — Screen Freeze NOT cured! *2021-09-29, version 3.5.9* The app is OK, if a little ungainly in display of tabular info such as account holdings (data column order, e.g.). -- on 14 Dec 2020, I wrote a review with a low rating, based on the app FREEZING after login. I abandoned the app for a long time, tried reinstall a couple times same problem. Early Sept 2021 I did another reinstall, reconfirmed my login credentials using my computer through the full BoW site link through to BWIS. And behold, it worked OK. Raised my rating to 3 stars. NOW, 3 weeks later, after working just fine, it freezes up again! No changes to phone system or anything like that. Extremely frustrating and kind of a shame that Pershing and Bank of the West don't provide operating tools to their customers. I've got a sizable account, and JPM would love me to move it there. ### 1/5 — App freezes on IPad right after login! *2021-04-05, version 3.5.9* This pretty bad in case you want to trade (buy or sell) after strong market reaction. Basically you you can access your account, see the balance but the screen is frozen and you cannot trade anything! I’m trading options and lost several opportunities thanks to the app! ### 1/5 — Same Screen Freeze Issue *2021-02-06, version 3.5.9* As soon as I log in the screen freezes and never resolves so I just logout. ### 1/5 — This doesn’t work. *2021-02-03, version 3.5.9* Once I log in, the app is frozen. It doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — The app has been frozen for weeks on my iPhone *2021-01-01, version 3.5.9* The app have been frozen on my IPhone for weeks and I have not been able to get any Tech support. There dose not appear to be anyway to talk to the mytrade people. If this continue I will be forced to close my account on myTradeNow. ### 1/5 — Not working *2020-12-27, version 3.5.9* I get to the landing page, but after than, nothing. Complete screen freeze.. does not reflect well on BancWest investments. Please do better in the future or don’t have an app. I was forced to give 1 star. Once signed in, a user cannot navigate due to a freeze on the first page after signing in; not able to toggle options along the bottom icons nor scroll through.
