Buyer beware! Do not waste your money - it is a scam!!! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-01-25* This is the most fraudulent experience I’ve ever had clicking on an app. I did not set up a profile I changed my mind within minutes on clicking on the app on instagram. I never set up a profile and the started charging me weekly and even 5 days apart. I emailed support at least 3 times and even after telling them I did not use the app and no longer wants it, they said sorry to see you go but they changed me 2 month times and attempted a third time. I even locked the card I was using and the moment I unlocked to quickly use my card they changed me again. They are obviously monitoring my account. ### 1/5 — Customer *2026-01-20, version 1.0.0* This app charges will expensive weekly fees by unauthorised subscription. It’s impossible to cancel subscription through the app or website ### 1/5 — Scam app *2026-01-16* This app is garbage and won’t let you cancel and immediately tried to charge me. I’ve sent emails to support and get the same generic reply everytime. 16ish reviews saying the same thing and it’s still ripping people off ### 1/5 — Scam!!!! *2026-01-15* When you make an account and try to log back in it’s like you didn’t have an account and when you try to cancel it says “fetching plans” and never lets you hit cancel. Luckily I paid with Apple Pay and could cancel the authorization for payment that way. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-01-15, version 1.0.0* Do not download ### 1/5 — A scam, through and through *2026-01-13* Tricks you into spending 5 dollars for basically nothing relevant. Terrible customer service. Minefield to simply opt out. Avoid at all costs. ### 1/5 — Might have found a way *2026-01-11* 0 Stars. So the app is a scam but might have found a way out to cancel! I went to the app on google not the actual app and found under my profile my plans and then it gave me get a email when i hit cancel which then that then lead me another email to finally cancel and did get a confirmation email that it was canceled, so we will see in a week if it worked but for now here’s a tip, if it still changes me I will write another review in a week. ### 1/5 — Very scammy *2026-01-11, version 1.0.0* Feels like an ai built and run app. No way to cancel subscription. I downloaded the app as the trial for $5 but it never even worked. It kept thinking and never proceeded. They not only charged me the $5 anyway but another two set of fees for $28.99 each that apparently “I signed up for during the trial” but they also charged me the weekly subscription two days later after trying to cancel it. I DO NOT recommend this app. You’re quite literally just throw your money away. ### 1/5 — No way to cancel *2026-01-01* To get a refund, you need to put an invoice number in that was supposedly emailed. I received no such email. And there is no link to cancel in your profile. This is a TOTAL SCAM. ### 1/5 — No Escape to Cancel *2025-12-30* Fell for a “test” that cost me $5 to get results. 3 days to cancel or be charged $25 a week for life. I’ve sent support 3 messages today to cancel. Get told to go to my “profile” in the app. Did that, but there is no option to view or change/cancel my subscription. It’s a complete trap!! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-12-11* Wildly inaccurate results. I’ve done an ancestry dna test, and this app didn’t get a single region right 😆 ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-12-06* They charge you weekly $25 and make it impossible to cancel. I tried everything through support and the app. You will have to call your bank. Don’t fall for it! ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-12-01* So this is a way for them to make money off of you because if you want to cancel your trial, there’s actually no way you can physically do it. You have to email their support team. However, once you email their support team, they instruct you to cancel it in the app by turning off auto renewal, which would happen after your subscription ends. However, there is no option to turn off auto renewal in the app and therefore you are trapped.you would need to cancel your credit card. However, if you cancel your credit card, there’s a chance that it could be charged to your new credit card because your bank might have auto pay turned on. They are fraudulent. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2026-05-06* I didn’t expect this app to work but I tried it for fun. It said I’m European only, with a focus on Northern Europe but I obviously look Hispanic. I have my real DNA results and I’m 30% Native American. My DNA profile shows a mix of North America, England/Scotland, and Central Europe. So this one missed the mark…by a lot! My physical features do not look European, either. If you haven’t done your real DNA then take this one with a grain of salt. I’m shocked by how much the developer is trying to charge. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-04-27* Scam, does not deserve even the one star rate ### 1/5 — Scam!!!!!! *2026-04-16* Fraudulent app took $49 and you can’t cancel it🤬 ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-04-09* Had to close my Apple Card, you have no way of accessing your account to cancel. ### 1/5 — Awful company *2026-04-07* App does not work and even after cancelling it keeps charging you. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-03-07* No way to cancel. Emailed several times. Can’t sign in to cancel. Charges me before week trial ended. I am worried this could be more than just a bad app, but rather a way to use my face and information to extort money. I don’t know, but the fact that the USA number is transferred to an international number makes me think this is a Nigerian scammer, or some scammer overseas.
