## What is myTransplant?

This app is to be downloaded by patients as directed by Transplant Center. 
myTansplant is an app for a transplant patients,  to help them in each stage of organ transplant journey.
It supports all solid organs, kidney, liver, pancreas, heart and lungs. myTransplant is your care companion that will guide you from pre transplant assessment to listing, it will help you remain active on the waiting list and then will be your lifelong care companion post your transplant. myTansplant app captures and analyzes patient data, highlights shifts in the trends trends and tracks  patient's progress at all times.
