This has been a problem since the beginning. Barrier free apps are awesome. ### 2/5 — Favorite always go missing after recent update *2025-10-16, version 1.25* I used to be able to fav some buses from an interchange without issues. However after the recent app upgrade, the certain bus numbers I favorite from the Interchange keeps going missing and I need to go by near me and look through long list of service number to find the buses I want to board. ### 4/5 — Arranging favorites *2025-10-08* On the home page, one can have favorites of bus service’s arrival times. It would be great if those favorites can be re-arranged as needed. While the bus information timing still isn’t perfect, having a visual on where buses is so incredibly useful. ### 2/5 — Search function faulty *2025-02-11, version 1.22.1* The MyTransport app has potential, but the search bar function is frustratingly broken. After entering search parameters, the results either don’t display correctly or appear but can’t be clicked. This makes planning a journey almost impossible. I am not even interested in bus information. I think the home page should not act intelligent to load bus info since the apps caters to drivers, cyclists and reporting of incidents. Very disappointed that LTA did not get this up and running by this morning given that many people need to get from places to places for work first thing on Monday. LTA also has not issued any public announcement that App is not working ### 1/5 — Worse with each update, now force you to update *2024-02-17, version 1.19.3* Version 1.19 was perfect. It saved the exact spot where you left off in the app when you open the app again the next time. Version 1.19.1 claimed to improve the performance and had bug fixes but all it did was removed the feature to return exactly where you left off in the app. Version 1.19.2 was even more a joke when the COE, parking availability and taxi features were removed as well because it was under private transport. Transport is transport why the heck do you need to remove good features that are actually useful? This is not the first time the app does questionable decisions to make the app worse. In the past the weather information at the top right icon was also removed for a period of time but I left a review and they decided to reinstate the feature. Please stop ruining the app with each update. If you trust your end users, version 1.19 is great and that you should the version to push out to your users. Now with the latest version 1.19.3, it forces users on the older versions with the COE, parking availability and taxi features (which are no longer available on the newer version) to update their app because the bus timing is no longer functioning on the older app. An idiotic move to force users to update. It’s ok, 1 star will remain for this app until it’s fixed and I will just use Google maps or other apps for the bus timing. ### 1/5 — please put our bus fare increase to good use! *2024-01-14, version 1.19.2* echoing the comments from other users, the bus arrival timings on this app are wildly inaccurate. also, there are times when the timings for the next bus show 30+ minutes, and you’re not sure if the app is so inaccurate or the bus system has fallen so far below third world public transportation standards (i have taken buses in third world countries and several US cities and sometimes sg bus timings are as bad or even worse) there have been a few times when i was in a rush and chose to call a grab, only to see the bus coming when the app clearly shows that it was 20+ min away. Maybe it is no longer maintained. ### 1/5 — Pretty hopeless *2025-12-07, version 1.25.3* Worked first time we used it and it told me when the bus was coming to our local stop. After that refused to show any any times for any buses. All we got after that was N/A N/A N/A for everything so pretty hopeless. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling still just to sea of N/As. A complete waste of time. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-10-02, version 1.24.2* The bus timings are never accurate. Some buses say that they’re arriving and just disappear off the map, some buses say that they’re arriving in 30 mins just to come in 5 mins. People rely on accurate bus timings to make decisions and get to work on time, this app is intentionally causing people to get to work late despite leaving their house on time. Lacks UX/UI. App navigation unfriendly. Timing inaccurate. Information lacking and not up-to-date. Not reliable. Cycling routes section - not sure what it is trying to indicate. Bus arrival times not easily understood. Please refine the app with users/daily commuters in mind and from our perspective! Ideally, we shouldn’t have to rely on third party apps or use multiple apps to get info on buses, MRT, cycling, PCN, etc. SG is not that huge a country/city… Thank you. ### 1/5 — The most inaccurate *2024-05-24, version 1.20* I have been late multiple times because of the misinformation it provides about the arrival timings.. What is the use of an app, especially coming from LTA, when the timings are completely off?? From 3 mins to 5 mins to 2 mins then to 15 mins. All there is is an icon saying there are changes to bus timings. This doesn’t just happen once in awhile. If there are truly changes to bus timings i’m sure everyone understands. But can’t the timings be reflected accordingly then? I’m sorry but if you are going to release an app please at least have the decency to ensure it works. Do your job properly or have someone else do it. ### 1/5 — Inconsiderate design *2024-05-05, version 1.20* This was significantly better before the redesign. The geolocating accordion menus that keep automatically opening and closing based on your location was a really poor design choice. Not to mention it makes the app fail basic accessibility standards. When using the app, I want to select the bus stop, then leave it open there and NOT have it reload(and shuffle!) all the nearby locations when I return to it(ie when I go off to read an email, then return to the app). It almost always closes the accordion for the bus stop I’m actually standing at and shuffles the results around, a cruel joke to anyone who relies on accessibility considerations designed into the app. The giant yellow half circle labeled “Near you” is an enormous waste of space and adds nothing to the UX. If anything it blocks the bus times near the bottom of the screen. Whoever designed and built this should try riding a bus in Singapore a few times a day for at least a week, then consider the experience when someone’s in a rush and needs to quickly check the bus times. Thank you 👍 ### 5/5 — A good app overall *2023-09-28, version 1.18* Bus timings are often accurate and I won’t blame it on the app if it fails sometimes (it’s the bus companies’ fault, not the app).
