I recently had this app and it was so useful for getting to work and knowing where is the bus,but then all of a sudden no busses would show up? it’s been like that for about 2 weeks maybe 3

Again another update & another ‘not working’. Was working fine then another release & stops working. In Norwich, click on app & no bus stops showing - just a map of where I am!

This app used to let me see the bus journeys live, with the latest update I can even get into routes! The buses are irregular and this makes it far worse by the app not working, back to the old days where you don’t even know if the bus is going to arrive! Please fix, I have a child with additional needs which makes it hard waiting around at the bus stop not knowing if it’s coming or not!
