However recently a lot of the buses don’t even show up and the icons for bus stops aren’t there either, so the map is essentially useless. Not really sure what’s going on but it’s very irritating as a student. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We hope to hear from you soon. ### 2/5 — This app used to work wonders but… *2025-06-10* This app used to work wonders, but now it’s useless for me and many others, let me explain. So I have to get a bus every week day and this tracker would help me see where it was so I could find out when to go. But almost a year of using it on a random Monday it didn’t show up on the tracker but I took no notice because every now and then my bus would not show up on the app, this issue would be resolved after about 3 days, however this has now gone on for over a week and I recently found out that it may be from the companies contract running out. I think that it is a scummy thing to do because lots of people are in the same position as me and it causes issues. They may have another platform they are now using for tracking instead. ### 2/5 — App is now useless *2025-06-02* App used to work really well, however every time I click on track vehicles it crashes the app. I have deleted and re installed but same problem continues , family members have said that no buses show on their app anymore so can no longer use . **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Please improve your app. It will be a big help for passengers especially for old people if it works properly. Especially in Suffolk, like 15X. How can it not have an update to show the services running for almost a month? Have a great day! :) ### 1/5 — Used to work as advertised not anymore! *2025-04-12* When I first started using this app it was great, it showed bus stops, bus times and live information of buses but over the last few weeks I cannot even get it to load a bus stop I’m stood in, no vehicles show on the map anymore so you can’t track them and the app is just unusable.
