I could have booked my luggage a lot cheaper and easier if I had booked it directly with the airline. Not helpful at all when trying to book medical equipment to take on board. I think that this is probably down to the airline. Neither Mytrip.com or the airline were helpful. Dealing with reschedule and refund process treating you like a football kicking between agent and airline. Contacted airline based on their statement, they has authorised agent to make changes on behalf of them, but claimed they cannot do it and unable to contact airline directly due to company policy. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all ### 1/5 — Scammers! They stole 300$ *2026-05-20, version 4.11.1* It’s a bunch of scammers. They ask for documents that doesn’t exist to scam you. We proved to them with an embassy official email that the requested documents doesn’t exist but they kept insisting. They sole us 300$ ### 1/5 — Failure *2026-05-20, version 4.11.1* They failed to process my refund. I have been waiting for more than 3 months. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional and Ridiculous Service *2026-05-14, version 4.11.1* By all means, avoid this provider. I strongly suggest to not fall into this trap site. When the airline make changes to your flight, you cannot see it in their site or app. Expect all your baggage allowance to be removed. If inconvenience and unprofessional service has name, then its mytrip.com. My baggage was removed when airline rescheduled my flight, I have been contacting these guys since 4 days. They are saying it will be resolved in a day or two, but the funny part is my flight is tomorrow within 24hours. What a joke this site is. No customer would have waited like me until last 24hours for this to be resolved. I learned my lesson in hard way. I would never use this app again. When there is a problem with your flight, no one actually helps you or gives you a clear answer. Very disappointing customer service. I strongly recommend booking directly with the airline instead. ### 1/5 — Rubish *2026-08-17, version 4.15.1* Just turn up to airport after booking. Been turn down. This is a scam. Just be careful. I will do everything possible to challenge you in court of law. I will never let gain my money easily. ### 1/5 — Absolutely unacceptable refund experience *2026-08-11* I have been waiting for my refund for OVER TWO YEARS, and this has become completely unacceptable. Every time I contact Mytrip, I get the same response: “Please wait 24–48 hours,” “your case has been escalated,” or “we need more time.” I have waited days, weeks, months, and now YEARS. I contact customer service, they promise to review or prioritize my case, I wait longer than the time they give me, and when I come back, I get another excuse and another request to wait. After more than two years, I still do not have my money. At this point, I don’t want another apology or another 24–48 hour promise. I want my refund. This is by far one of the most frustrating customer-service experiences I have ever had. Customers should not have to chase a company for years to receive money that belongs to them. Which I did. I bought and paid for the “add-on” of checking in online. When the flights came around “online check in failed” you will need to check in at the airport, exactly what I paid to avoid. No way to get the money back, so definitely do not use. Not recommended ### 1/5 — Don't book a flight with this company *2026-07-16* Absolutely terrible experience with MyTrip. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The refund process has been extremely frustrating, with poor communication, conflicting information, and endless delays. I even had to involve my bank and seek legal advice to try to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I found MyTrip to be unreliable, unprofessional, and very difficult to deal with. I would never book with this company again. Do not ever book with this company.
