Very bad bank ! Two Days is away , And still They cant Fund or refund back money ! Support And bank not good !! Do not Use this bank !!!!!!! I regret opening this account.

I received the sum of 1000euro from a friend,as soon as the money arrived MyTu locked my account,after some time they told me to drop all necessary details of the transaction which I did,but to my surprise they blocked my account and refused to return the money back to the sender,,pls is this fair?have drop plenty of emails but no positive response from MyTu,,, u told me in 3 working days the money will be refunded but it’s 4 working days now,,,,pls return back the money

Also so wirklich praktisch ist es nicht. Ich wollte es führen im Rahmen einer Selbstständigkeit als Unternehmer Konto. 

Ich erhielt die aller erste Überweisung von 980€ die sofort in Frage gestellt wurde. Wirklich keine Zahlung vorher.. Sorry aber ich glaube das Unternehmen hat noch nicht so viel Erfahrung. Denn 980€ sind wirklich garnichts. Also wenn das jetzt immer so laufen soll, dann nervt es mich nur. Sobald die Überprüfung dann mal durch ist, werde ich das Konto sofort löschen. Man fühlt sich nur verarscht
