Love that I can communicate with all my Drs here. Also having the ability to get my test results and keep track of all my meds. Absolutely love this App 🙂 ### 1/5 — Singularly useless *2025-12-12, version 2.0.2* Messages fail to send, calls are never returned. This is the most useless app I have ever tried to use. I had a simple question, ended up driving to the doctors office to get an answer. ### 5/5 — Makes tracking all my medical stuff a breeze *2025-10-30, version 2.0.2* I use this for tracking visits, lab results, communicating with my doctors….everything. Works flawlessly for me. Why when you update the system you should have an algorithm set up so patients can get immediate results. Something simple that talks patients what to do, STEP BY STEP. As a suggestion, you need to develop a back up plan. Called patient servives today twice. 4 hours apart no one live to answer the phone. Thought they could atleast send a message. Great access to providers. ### 1/5 — Latest iOS update broke some stuff *2025-10-21, version 2.0.1* Since the update to iOS 26, I’ve gotten stuck many times in different screens without back buttons or close buttons and have to quit the app and reopen it to go back to the main screen or the previous screen. I’ve been using the app successfully for many years now, so this is extra annoying to me. ### 1/5 — Update review - delete and reinstall *2025-10-01, version 2.0.1* Sometime recently app ceased to allow login. Failed app update apparently. When I try to sign in, the app will not accept the previously set up Touch ID. Then when I enter all of my details, I’d and password, a message appears stating that the app cannot accept my information at this time. This has been going on for months. I haven’t bothered to try the app for a while but hoped it might work today. Nope. It’s still the same. Essentially useless. So I just have to hold on to those emails from doctors visits! ### 1/5 — Unable to log in *2025-07-13, version 2.0.1* Can log in just fine on the website but the app will not do anything once you enter your username and password.
