There was one on the website and on the other app but not on this one. On top of this, is doesn’t show tutor requests and only shows school bookings on the ‘bookings’ page. I’m also confused why you have to click to show opportunities as surely all tutors want to see this? ### 1/5 — Slots *2023-06-07, version 2.31.10* Slots don’t even show when you get notified on the app, please fix! ### 1/5 — frustrated parent *2023-05-29, version 2.31.10* cant log in as a parent! I would appreciate a simpler system of communication between parent and tutor regarding lesson rescheduling. I currently have to log in via the website to access any messages from my daughters tutor. This is proving an inefficient method. it’s a shame as we are otherwise loving this service and the standard of tutoring! ### 1/5 — Parents need a version! *2023-03-28, version 2.31.10* This version doesn’t allow parents to login and I find that frustrating! We need to manage our kids’ bookings and choose a tutor! I would greatly benefit from notifications! ### 1/5 — Unable to log in *2023-03-24, version 2.31.10* Since I have started lessons online I have not been able to log into the app. Frustrating as I have short-term memory, so being able to set up notifications for reminders and messages would be really useful to me. Before that, whenever opportunities were to arise, it’ll be gone even after clicking on the notification straight away. (I get a blank screen) ### 1/5 — No opportunities by the time it loads *2023-10-17, version 3.29.0* Opportunities gone by the time you click on it and screen goes blank when you click accept (even after doing updates etc). It’s so ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Not sure if the app is the bad guy here or MyTutor itself *2023-09-27, version 3.29.0* Same complaint as everyone else. Click the opportunity notification as soon as it comes up, opportunity is gone by the time it pulls up on the app. Admittedly, this happens on the website too. Emailed about a recurring opportunity, then as soon as I click on it as it comes up, no opportunity exists. The website is so so slow to load so you can’t catch an opportunity there either. So I think this is just a MyTutor trick to make us all feel like there are so many opportunities and we’re all just too slow to get them, when the actual fact is that these are probably just dummy notifications that lead to nothing because there is probably no work out there at all if we’re being honest. Priority status 1 for as long as I can remember and I haven’t gotten a new opportunity in months. Horrible app and horrible system in place. If I could vote -5 stars I would. ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2023-09-07, version 3.24.0* I’m a tutor and the only thing I can use is the website but I’m not able to get to any of the opportunities first because I receive the email too late so I keep trying to log into this app but every time it ‘says sorry, we’re not currently able to log you in’. This has been going on for months. Very concerned about being able to pickup the same amount of work next year pretty much because of this app and suspect some people get offered opportunities before others, I tap on notifications the absolute moment they pop up and I barely ever get any opportunities ### 1/5 — Shows me a blank white page when opportunity becomes available *2023-06-14, version 2.31.10* When an opportunity becomes available the screen goes white and nothing shows up meanwhile someone else accepts the opportunity and it says sorry this opportunity is not available😵‍💫 please fix this. It says “first comes first served” despite being the first this app makes it hard. ### 1/5 — Opportunities always gone or never load *2023-06-13, version 2.31.10* I have had the app for months now and nothing seems to work. I’ve connected to different WiFi, my data and friends data and it has not changed. I am priority status 1 and still cannot get a slot even if I stay on the app consistently or clicking on the notification as soon as it pops up.
