The Epic MyChart app ran so much smoother. I have used it for years and this has been the most frustrating. ### 2/5 — Good but not great. *2023-01-03* The app is helpful for appt reminders, viewing test results and prescriptions, and chatting with your medical team, but it falls way short compared to the Kaiser app. It’s really difficult to refill prescriptions through the app, you sometimes have to contact your medical team through the app for a refill even though it says the doctor ordered refills, and they can take days to respond. When I needed glucose testing supplies I sometimes had to order through Amazon instead just to get them quicker. With the kaiser app it’s easy to refill and have your meds delivered to your home. The billing portion of the app keeps crashing. I am now past due on a $20 copay because the app keeps crashing every time I try to pay. The one thing I can’t complain about is that it’s pretty easy to toggle back and forth between mine and my son’s mychart account. Definitely needs improvement since I’m constantly getting “server” error messages. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unable to access any test results, messages or after visit information *2026-05-29* For the past two days I get an error when trying to access any of the links on the app. I need to see my after visit care instructions and I can’t. Working an hour a day outside, having to climb hills that are at about 12%, raking and using pitchforks to clear my road, walking 2/10 of a mile three days a week, fell twice slip down the hill and at my brothers I was weed eating behind the solar panels tripped on a rock, had my brace on. Still a bit of a constant ache in the back neck and head, taken Tylenol and Advil. My colon and urethra aren’t working too good since the accident, kind of like, I don’t have a lot of feeling down there, only feel bowel movement just as it’s getting ready to push out and urine not able to hold. they were real good before the accident. Can I do stretches, set up a regular work out go swimming, go to my physical therapist. It he Chang?
