I already have an existing loan with this company and downloaded the app hoping I could make payments.  Unfortunately all it does is say U2 and exterior website thus it’s useless beyond a loan application. With the RocketMortgage app I’ve used in the past I could do everything in one place and feta incredibly useful Union Home needs to catch up!

This app appears to be only for apply for a loan. It’s 2021 and I can’t manage my loan from an app. Get it together UHM. What a joke.

I already have a loan with union home and hoping i can use this app to pay for my loan but u can’t! 👎🏼

I cannot get into my account using app. I have no issues with website but when I try getting into account on app it doesn’t work. Website asks for username App asks for email.  When I enter the email it errors out saying incorrect password I even changed it on the website and that didn’t work. When I hit help it wants to connect me to specific individuals and the loan officer I worked with is not on the list. Guess they didn’t take into account someone leaving.  Pretty useless app at this moment guess I’ll stick with website.

These guys all they do is lie when you get in a bind they say there trying to help and give you more bull and you get different people who tell you different story no one can be honest talk to people about your personal information when there not spouse to do everything in there power to make it harder cause they know you can’t afford it ask for information that there not spouse to ask and if you don’t then you lose everything they are the worst company in the world

Just ensure you only provide one email address to the mortgage company and use the same one to set up an account on the app.  All my data was wiped when we went into the loan processing, because they used my husband’s email instead of mine and don’t seem to have the ability to link it

Completely disappointed that this app does not allow you to go in and manage your mortgage and payments. I’ve already closed on the loan. Can’t even set up an account without identifying a loan officer.

The app looks good if you are starting the loan process. I already have one and cannot use the app to look up and pay my loan. I had to choose a lender/broker person, which I have no idea who’s working on my loan, as my loan company merged with Union Home. I just need a faster way to log in and see/pay my bill. I will just keep using the actual website for now. A couple extra steps but eliminates the hassle.

Not only did this app help us look at what kind of payment would work for us but we got to play with the price of a home before looking at homes that were out of our price range! 

Highly recommend this app and the Amaya Team!

This app is great for anyone searching for their dream home it’s especially convenient for keeping in touch with your agent and lender. 
I like that it gives you a mortgage calculator.

Phenomenal for borrowers and realtors both!  Truly a collaborative tool to partner in communication. As a loan officer, I always have what I need wherever I am.
