Pointless update. ### 1/5 — Worse app *2026-04-03, version 6.5.1* Useless app in this world. The 2.0 version is worse from the previous version. Sign in unifi tv id using tv is really difficult and so troublesome. It cant sign in. Try to reported but Customer Service ask to check using EasyFix but still nothing can be done. Dont know why need so many thing to register. Unifi tv then additional Unifi Digital ID. Try login and successful then ask to close this window. Then, it bring me back to 1st step, need to Easyfix and asking to login again. Repeat the all the same thing, insert the email, phone number, verified email but nothing happen and the problem is unresolved. Useless and worse apps that not working. Unifi TV 2.0 should be more convenient but get really bad experience to watch TV. ### 1/5 — Your uNIfi app from 13 years ago when I was a BOD member is still embarrassingly poor *2026-03-09* Your CRM system is slow , doesn’t immediately update balances after payment and reconnect service immediately after payment. Even U mobile is better and more efficient. I can’t log in. When I put my account number in it says no account found. When I pay for someone else’s account and put in the exact same account number it pulls up my account and lets me pay. No customer service, when I call the customer service number they just disconnect me. Horrible service. I have no idea what has happened but this is ridiculous. Don’t use Unifi. ### 1/5 — Everytime you change system, my payment experience is terrible *2026-03-03, version 6.2.0* I don’t have an account under my own name but i am paying for my family home under my father’s account. Everytime you change or upgrade system, i have trouble to reconnect / relink the account as the bills did not reach me monthly. Why? Since my father is no longer capable to manage this account and changing the account name to me is such a mess, i have to go through your ever-changing system and find my way through inconveniently. I don’t have this issue with TNB apps even after they upgraded few times. Is it just me? I logged in using my email, and when it’s time to make payment, my record is not there. Nothing, it’s as if I never subscribed to unifi. The new update supposedly to make things easier and allow auto log-in without hassle, or at least ensure there are no missing subscriptions or records. However, the new interface is more complicated than ever! Now i don’t even know how to make payment. Trying to call your team for help takes ages - along with habit of pass to one and another! And why would I talk to chatbot if it doesn’t resolve anything? I am totally dissapointed with the new update.
