Please roll back your last update, it is now impossible to submit a claim: when validating the pictures taken the app freezes on a white screen

Once invoice or justificatif file is loaded the app freezes and user is unable to submit a claim.

Most of the time the app doesn’t work properly. Loading of any items takes a long time and uploads of claims have a high chance of not working at all, without timing out. Sadly, the website is just as bad.

J’utilise l’application depuis plus d’un an.
Au début tout allait bien mais maintenant un fichier sur deux qui se charge dans les claims n’est pas le bon (anciennes ordonnances) et plus la possibilité de mettre des photos de la librairie, pratique quand a les praticiens envoie les ordonnances par mail… 
Obligé d’installer une appli tierce pour transformer les screenshots en pdf.

When uploading a claim, the app freezes into a white screen after taking photographs of the invoice documents. Impossible to submit claim since the instantiated claim disappears on reopening the app.

Overall Nice experience but there are some bugs. First, before logging in there is an option « remember me » which does not work I.e. after quitting the app and opening it again, I need to insert AGAIN my username and password. Second, the loading of the individual tabs is slow (should not be so slow)
