Inexcusable service!!! I was informed by a Unum agent that the app does not connect to Unum website and can only create new claims. Don’t want others to waste their time trying to figure out how to find their claim and/or link it in the app. ### 1/5 — App, website, phone numbers are ALL useless *2025-10-20, version 4.4.4* I’ve been trying to check my coverage to find out if a dentist is in network. One of the phone numbers goes directly to a recording saying that there is a computer glitch, and immediately hangs up. The other one goes to a voice telling you that there’s computer glitch, then asks for the name of your employer, THEN hangs up. There’s no email, the website won’t load, and the app gives absolutely no information. ### 1/5 — Pointless app *2025-10-18, version 4.4.4* A useless app! It’s not bespoke to the uk it’s asking to things like the social security number which is USA!
