I click on primary care for basic options for different doctor visits but again it only giving the options for immunizations. This is no longer an option on this platform. I felt heard, he really listened. His recommendations were well communicated and made total sense. Finally, a perfect consultation. I am finally at peace that I did indeed dodge my family genetics and am on the right track for prevention. I can’t thank Dr Perry and U of M enough. I’m gonna start paying on my bill in a couple of weeks. I just started another job. Please be patient with me please be patient with me I went to get my meds and you all have froze them, but I’m gonna start paying all my bill in a couple of weeks. I had to find new employment I had to find new Unemployment I had to find new employment. They told me to call back as soon as possible. Their phone system is not even turned on until 8 o’clock. What a waste of time. They also wanted me to change it to a phone appointment. It doesn’t communicate with other sources. It’s impossible to upload data from other places when you’ve gotten things done like, a colonoscopy. So it keeps reminding you of things you’ve already done so that’s useless. You should be able to turn off those features. It really seems like it’s behind the times. But they do always let you know when you owe the money! Even though your insurance company is covering it and no, I’m not paying until the insurance company has reviewed it. So that’s ridiculous. Needs work put somebody in the design and engineering that actually needs to use the product. Maybe that might help it improve. And don’t get me started on the duplicates of medicines that haven’t been removed from the system or can be removed by me from the system. But actually, there’s so many errors with this system, and not being intuitive that it would be best that “they” sat down with a bunch of users and have them go through and look at all the issues. Why is a medical assistant offering me a $1000 test before I even see a provider at my most vulnerable time in the ER??? How is this okay? Was I supposed to decline care? I’m supposed to be the medical decision maker in the ER for my toddler? I was told no testing was necessary by the EC provider after the fact. Then the bill was outrageous! Very disappointed! ### 1/5 — Overlooked *2025-02-08, version 10.9.3* I was diagnosed with MS in 2009 but the specialists never revealed my diagnosis until 2022 when I lost eye sight. Now my specialists are ignoring any treatment that is needed because I can’t afford the copays. I have the best insurance and make a good living. It can confirm that I was checked in and told me to wait in the reception area., Which I did. All of the doctors have been excellent & compassionate. The U of M hospitals are difficult to negotiate for a new patient but a quizzical look on our faces brings assistance. That said “policy & procedure” at the hospitals is comforting. My schedule is posted on the patient portal & that makes our journey more pleasant. Many thanks to all.
