My premium increased this year and the health care decreased … 3-4 months wait time for an appointment , negligent post op care , couldn't fax a letter successfully ~ had to do it myself . I began researching my symptoms & conditions so that I could make suggestions to my doctors because they're not doing it . None of my current info is shown on the portal app. If I have to use the website to view messages, visits, test results, etc. Then what’s the point of having the app?? Also, if you are having trouble logging in on the portal, try your username in all caps. You can’t schedule appointments, can’t message providers. The app takes you to the UPMC patient portal anyway! I’ve tried to even use the patient portal, my login info doesn’t work & no matter how many times I try to fix things, it still doesn’t work. Everything was fine the way things were, the app used to be so good! Now it’s rendered useless.
