They just want your money. Don’t fall for their service. They will declare a different value on your items so will get in trouble in your country’s customs and ask you for money for the mistake that they cause on the value declaration of your items. Clearly a SCAM. No wonder the rating is very low.

I can login on my browser from my phone just fine, but when I try to login on the app, a red bar comes up on the login screen that says “Auth0 authentication went wrong”. I tried logging in with my email and with my suite number. It won’t work. Wondering if this is a scam app meant to take our login information and not actually an app from myUS…

I can’t even put into words just how pathetic and useless the website,app and customer service is at MyUS is!!
I was with them for 8 years and there was always a few issues but the last 2-3yrs has been an absolute joke!!

I do not recommend engaging with this company.
My experience revealed a consistent and unjustified practice of significantly inflating the declared value of received items—often exceeding their actual market price by more than double. For instance, I purchased a pair of earphones from Amazon for $17, yet the company assessed their value at $50 without providing any rationale. This inflated valuation directly results in higher fees and taxes, placing an unnecessary and unreasonable financial burden on the customer.

I doubt that they even know they have an app listed on the app store! Can’t see anything as everything is highly zoomed in so you can’t navigate or do anything with it. Stick to their web and don’t bother downloading the app.
