### 2/5 — Worse Than Old Site

In my opinion, this new app they developed for myUT is worse than the original site. It is difficult to navigate and so cluttered, which makes it hard to find links, information, etc. PLEASE go back to the old site, it was much easier and more organized.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback and understand that adjusting to a new platform can be frustrating. Our goal with the myUT app is to improve access to a large amount of resources on campus and provide a more seamless experience for students and the community. We're continuously working on updates to enhance navigation and organization based on user feedback. Although we won't be reverting back to the old site, if you have specific suggestions on what would make the app more user-friendly, we’d love to hear them! Your input helps us make meaningful improvements.

This app keeps crashing on me. I have to use the internet. Goodness gracious!!

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so sorry about the frustration you experienced with the app recently. There were some temporary issues with our campus systems that caused the crashes you described, but those have since been resolved. Things should be running smoothly now, and we hope your experience has improved.
