Dr. Greaser was very knowledgeable and has allowed me to have my life back again. After 15 years of pain and two different surgeons my foot is finally healed. Kendra Cook was amazing. She gave me a steroid injection and it took care of the pain. He is full of knowledge and love to share it. His time management in patient care it’s impeccable. I look forward to continue to take care of my health with the assistance of Dr Miguel Lopez. and I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. They do not make sense with their scheduling process and presents itself to be a money making scheme. MD vs NP Poor communication and information received from scheduling office. She was very personable. She was quick with my Pap and she made me feel comfortable. I’d like to note that I was late to my appt because I drove in from the medical center . She still worked me in. If you call to talk to someone you will have to leave a message. I really don’t want to talk to an answering machine when I am feeling good , when I am ill I certainly don’t want to just leave a message and wait for an overworked nurse to get to my call, or go to the ER and sit for 12 hours. CPL claims it’s the Drs issue and up to them to upload results, very inconvenient for me this should be rectified. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2023-11-16, version 10.6.4* The staff and medical professionals are excellent face to face; but the overall experience has been a nightmare. My Dr won’t submit payment for me to receive a disability check. Then the institution threatens to turn me in to credit people for not paying balances that require money they are refusing to process access to…. Ivy was especially kind and supportive, she listened to me without judgment and provided helpful resources that made a big difference. Overall, the care team was compassionate, professional, and truly patient-centered.
