Since downloading the app I have been unable to access my account. Just keeps crashing. Certainly doesn’t inspire me with confidence.

Seemed to work fine for a few months now constant login loops, error messages, blanks screens erroneous error messages. Not sure it even deserves 1 star

I’m now becoming really concerned about my hard earned money. Because if they haven’t got the money to repair this appalling App for months and months, complete with constant complaints. 

Then they must be in trouble!!

The 2FA SMS does not work majority of attempts. Loss of  synchronisation between send and confirm numbers 

Not been able to login for days issue is not getting resolved

I have discovered by disabling WiFi to force a Mobile Network connection the App has more reliable 2FA, login will work

I go through repeated 2 factor checks and passwords and always end up with a black screen. Pathetic. (It worked before the most recent update - but that was a month ago without repair!)

Not for the first time, I have been unable to log in with the app for over a week. The MD hides behind his front line call centre so I can only assume he really doesn’t care about his customers. I still can’t get in. If a bank had the same problem there would be a riot. Please sort this once and for all.

Worked ok for a few weeks, but then authentication fails. Login help button doesn’t work. Error messages are unhelpful and misspelt.
I use two other pension apps and both are significantly better than this. A lot more work to do to make this app robust and fit for purpose.
