Won’t accept my Dr provided PIN which works just fine on the website.

This app refuses to accept my PIN number.  The same number works if I access MyVaxIndiana via a web browser.  My wife is also unable to access via the app on her phone.

I tried using this app at the health department and it didn’t work. Tried it at home; still didn’t work. But I can get the info on a desktop.
