She gave me a number to call for poison control and they wanted me to pay 89 dollars. She gave me a link to place that were covered in my er visit but it should up nothing with in 50 miles radius. I ask for appointment she did provide me with that option. I made appointment now but I have to wait until Tuesday and it Sunday. I’m questioning why I pay for this plan. I thought it was going to provide me peace of mind and it is not today. ### 5/5 — Best vet I’ve been to *2026-06-19, version 5.11.221* I moved here from out of state. 2 months later my 10 yo with cancer took a turn for the worst. I had to not only find a local vet that I trusted, but make a very difficult decision. The dr and entire staff was so accommodating and sincere that I can’t imagine having went anywhere else. Fast forward 2 healing months, I made my other baby an appt here to get established in case we needed anything and to discuss getting spay and microchipped. As hard as it was to walk back thru those doors where I said goodbye to Chalky, I knew it was the best place for Maggie. Both Doctors are amazing. They do not rush you. They are very thorough and kind. The entire staff and so welcoming. If ur deciding between different vets. Do urself a favor and choose this place. The best! *2026-06-12, version 5.11.221* Our experience at VCA Tri City Animal Hospital in Tempe has been top notch! Our girl, who’s almost 11 was just diagnosed with Diabetes and a severe UTI. We weren’t sure she was going to make it. That is hard news to hear, but not shocking at her age. However, it’s a lot. 🥹 Dr. Lingareddy and the entire staff, from the vet techs, the entire front office staff to the Dr. who is interning there, (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she is another great veterinarian), everyone has gone above and beyond to care for our Kita Rose 🌹 in the kindest way. They listen to our questions, take time to answer them, patiently showed us how to give her insulin, they’ve given abundant education on diet changes, slipped us in to the schedule for a near emergency, I could go on and on. We’ve had a lot of Veterinarians over the years, but this is by far, the best. I’m blown away at the level of kindness and professionalism they have shown us during this difficult time. They are also very up front about the cost of everything and they help decide on the best care plan for the issue at hand. When we pull up to the building, Kita is ready and running to the door to get in, even now while she’s sick. We’ve never had that experience before. We usually have to drag her in. I highly recommend this caring and brilliant staff and the best Veterinarian, Dr. Lingareddy to anyone with pets! They will be lovingly cared for! I can't believe how insensitive an otherwise great veterinary app is. After she passed 2 days ago, my furbaby was scrubbed from the app before I could even log in 3 hours later on the same day. Like, her ashes aren't even ready to be picked up yet as I'm writing this review! A bit harsh, don't you think? Automatically canceling the pet's services is good, but at least allow us to archive/memorialize the pet's profile or remove them ourselves. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-08-11, version 5.11.327* Brought my little dog in last week to update her shots . When the vet assistant brought her back she was visibly upset. The only thing that upsets her worse is anyone touching her nails. I was cautioned she would sleep a lot afterward and walk stiffly however 6 hours later she passed away in her sleep. When my kids brought her in the next day to be cremated there was no kind word or concern over just treating her the previous day. When our last dog passed the vet showed a bit of consideration. Guess things have changed in the past few years. If you even are so I lined please do not call . This has been very hard . Fiona had complex medical issues, IBD ,Arthritis in her spine, Mitral Valve Disease and Kidney Disease. All of this started when she was 10 years old. I got an extra 4.5 years with my heart dog because of the care and referrals to treat Fiona. She was 14.5 when I had to let her go, she had Cancer everywhere. All of my fur kids have been special and required additional handling.
