MyVelocity is the official mobile app for Excellerate. It provides team members, supervisors, and managers with direct access to the key tools used in day-to-day operations. The app supports incident reporting, HR services, task management, training, communication, and compliance activities. It is designed to be simple, reliable, and practical for use across all sites and service environments. Features Incident and Request Capture Log incidents, safety concerns, requests, and exceptions directly from your mobile device. Submissions are recorded instantly and passed into the operational workflow. Incident and Request Management View, update, and close incidents and requests where permissions allow. Team members and supervisors can monitor progress and ensure actions are completed. HR Tools Access core HR services including: Rosters and attendance records Leave bookings Payslips Mobile clocking Lone worker monitoring Staff benefits HR details Checklists and Audits Complete required checklists, audits, questionnaires, and compliance forms. The digital format ensures consistent standards across sites. Task Management Receive manually assigned or system-generated tasks. Update status, add comments, and view outstanding actions. Training Complete required training modules, induction materials, and site-specific instructions directly in the app. Messaging Receive secure messages, company updates, and site notices. Purpose MyVelocity centralises operational, and compliance tools in one application. It supports accurate reporting, consistent standards, and operational visibility across Excellerate sites. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 6.2.1 — 2026-08-01 Clock-In: The clock in screen has been enhanced to display your Username and Staff number, as well as a Help Desk Number (if set by your company). The clock in screen refresh time and notification has been decreased to 2 minutes from 5 minutes. A check has also been added to ensure that if the user clicks the clock in button after the 2 minutes, it reloads the location. Language Preference: You now have the option to select your own Language preference on Mobile under the My HR\My Profile\Details section. ### 6.2 — 2026-07-28 Clock-In: The clock in screen has been enhanced to display your Username and Staff number, as well as a Help Desk Number (if set by your company). Info - Locations Documents: The documents listing screen has been updated to accommodate for if the document was loaded as a URL, this will redirect the user to the URL when viewing it. ### 6.0 — 2026-02-17 Time Zones: Enhancements have been made to allow users in different time zones to that of the main web server to be able to view everything specific to their phone's time zone.
