## What is myvenue POS?

Modern mobile POS for venues

myvenue is a modern mobile POS and mobile commerce solution that allows venues to serve patrons faster, while lowering costs. It frees venues from traditional POS terminals by integrating food & beverage ordering and payment directly from a patron’s phone to the venue's production, delivery and inventory management platform (or replaces it altogether).  Our vision is to seamlessly deliver both an optimal mobile ordering experience for venue patrons as well as unlocking efficiency improvements and cost savings for back-of-house and front-of-house operations. As a mobile first cloud-based platform from its conception, myvenue is easily implemented, scaled, upgraded and reconfigured.

- Added an automatically updating “Born Before” date to the POS order screen so cashiers can instantly verify a guest meets the minimum age for alcohol sales without manual calculation
- Added an option for venues to require manual (typed) entry of customer details instead of camera/barcode scanning, supported across POS, kiosk, and customer display
- Added a customizable prompt shown when multiple matching customer profiles are found during lookup, and ensured the selection list also displays correctly on the kiosk
- Added the ability to filter the table list by status (open, in-process, closed) and by whether a table has a card authorization
- Added the ability to print the entire table list, or an individual table, directly from the table list screen
- Added support for displaying a nonprofit/volunteer group's name on the tip screen at NPO-operated stands, so guests know their tip supports real people; hidden automatically at standard locations
- Added a large, hard-to-miss alert on the cashier screen and Customer Facing Display showing the remaining balance after a partial payment, and prevented starting a new transaction until the balance is settled

- Relevant text field labels are always visible when updating/editing values - these will appear at the top-left of the text field when data has been entered or when the field has focus
