Tôi chuyển tiền từ tài khoản ngân hàng khác sang tài khoản vib của tôi, hệ thống đã xác nhận thành công. Nhưng tài khoản vib của tôi không cộng số tiền tôi đã nhận. Thêm nữa hiện tại đang là ngày 16/12/2025. Nhưng ở app vib lại hiện giao dịch là ngày 17/12/2025. Tôi chờ đợi 1 tiếng đồng hồ nhưng trên app vẫn không cập nhật số tiền. Lần đầu tiên tôi trải nghiệm 1 ngân hàng mà tệ như này. Đang có việc gấp, cộng dồn tiền của 2 tài khoản ngân hàng để xử lý việc. Nhưng dịch vụ và chất lượng của vib quá yếu kém.
