This is the 3rd time there’s been an issue with a fraudulent charge on my account, and it’s been 2 days of me calling, emailing, and nobody answers or responds. So my card is locked and customer service won’t help. Both times I’ve gone into a branch the employees are rude and take an extremely long time to do something simple. So what am I supposed to do? Now I have to spend time at one of the banks on a weekend because they take too long for me to go during the week (I work), and because nobody will answer the phone or respond to an email. I wish my job used a different bank because I would never recommend this bank to anyone, unless you don’t want access to your money.

Vô đăng nhập xong nộp tiền điện thoại crash. Nhập pin xong vô check tài khoản back về crash. Nên làm thêm mã pin 6 ký tự. Đăng xuất thì nên bắt đăng nhập lại chứ nhập mỗi mã pin thôi quá nguy hiểm.
Cho 2 sao với bản hiện tại. Vui lòng update tốt hơn.
