Every time I log into app, all the information can be seen, however when I try to view my digital License, it says app under maintenance. I mean come on, this is not useful at all and very disappointing. Thank you for providing me a terrible service! ### 2/5 — Still no Apple Wallet support? *2026-07-19, version 1.3.5* Please add support for Apple Wallet. It still takes too long to pull up your licence in the app. If you put it in Apple Wallet it’s available when my phone is offline and it’s far faster to pull out my license when I need it. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-07-13, version 1.3.5* This app is so poorly set up it’s difficult to navigate. It’s impossible to see if direct debits are in place. Hard to figure out where to update and confirm if the new payment details are in there. No notifications if a payment is missed for any reason. Literally lying about how to check customer number. It just pops up with an error message stating that “Something Went Wrong” Bit ridiculous that your license cannot be accessed if there are communication issues with the server, and your local app is linked ### 1/5 — Digital license not working *2026-06-28, version 1.3.5* Can no longer view digital license as soon as I press on license I get ‘something went wrong The myVicRoads app may be unavailable at this time, this could be due to scheduled maintenance or an unexpected error. Please try again later.’ I’ve tried deleting the app, removing the digital license and adding again. Nothing has worked it has been like this for at least 2 weeks now ### 1/5 — Can’t open *2026-06-17, version 1.3.5* I’m unable to open on my Apple phone. Very unusual for an apple app. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t even log in *2026-06-15, version 1.3.5* Lost my license today and really needed to order another one. Can’t log in - even though I’ve used the app countless times in the past. Forgot my email addresses even! So here I am signing up from the start but one credential is wrong - is it my address, rego number. I don’t know because it can’t tell me. What sort of antiquated nonsense is this?
