### 2/5 — Still no Apple Wallet support?

Please add support for Apple Wallet.  It still takes too long to pull up your licence in the app. If you put it in Apple Wallet it’s available when my phone is offline and it’s far faster to pull out my license when I need it.

For the last few weeks I have been unable to access my digital license.
It just pops up with an error message stating that “Something Went Wrong” 
Bit ridiculous that your license cannot be accessed if there are communication issues with the server, and your local app is linked

Constantly not available, uptime metrics are horrible. This app is always being updated or upgraded, can’t show you anything, come back the next business day or come back next week. What’s the point if you are always DOWN? Uptime is CRITICAL for a utility app like this. Don’t take down the entire app just to perform some upgrades, that’s absolutely dumb. I don’t see Amazon or Kogan’s website going down because they’re performing upgrades?? Pull yer socks up, mate!

Useless is kind.  Just wasted time i will never get back. 
Cannot login as i am stuck on the biometric page.  Will not go forward, will not go back, will not skip. 

Brilliant (not) programming, pathetic testing. 

Fire everyone in IT. 
Of course you probably had this built by outside “experts”!  Another contract to be investigated.

I’ve had this app for a while and use it for ID. No issues. Except the app logs you out constantly so it’s not super convenient. I mean it’s an app, on my iPhone, so why am I being logged out - I thought that was the point of apps. 
I was in remote Australia recently and needed to use my licence, but zero phone signal meant no logging in, meaning no licence. 
So this is is pointless.

The majority of the app is just a web browser. You get a better experience just using chrome.

The app no longer allows me to manage my registered vehicles or complete renewals. I've updated the app and tried multiple times, but I'm still unable to renew my vehicles through it. 

Vehicle registration renewal is one of the app's most important functions, as it is intended to save users from having to attend a service centre in person.

It's disappointing that such a critical feature appears to be broken and that ongoing testing and quality checks don't seem to have identified the issue.

This app has been ok however that past few days it prompts me to log in each time I open the app. 
I go through the process and it takes me back to the login screen where I have to do my password/pin/biometrics again and it just cycles through the process again. 
Terrible that it kept logging me out and now I can’t even actually log in.

Just paid my registration renewal with the app. After payment processed, I selected “download receipt”. It opens the receipt within the app but there’s no option to save to files as pdf. I tried emailing it, but it’s just a long URL and not a pdf file. Frustrating and arbitrary.

I wanted my digital form of learners ID for an application, because my application was due, and they needed it for employment purposes, I have lost an amazing employment opportunity since I couldn’t view my License at all digitally and the physical license takes time to arrive. Every time I log into app, all the information can be seen, however when I try to view my digital License, it says app under maintenance. I mean come on, this is not useful at all and very disappointing. Thank you for providing me a terrible service!

This app is so poorly set up it’s difficult to navigate. It’s impossible to see if direct debits are in place. Hard to figure out where to update and confirm if the new payment details are in there. No notifications if a payment is missed for any reason. Not user friendly at all.

Not showing registered vehicles, website/link to check rego hasn’t been working for 2 years. Literally lying about how to check customer number. It isn’t on the website and it certainly isn’t on the app. Service NSW absolutely trumps Vic in every aspect on their app. Take some notes from theirs ffs 😕 such a disappointing experience

Can no longer view digital license as soon as I press on license I get ‘something went wrong The myVicRoads app may be unavailable at this time, this could be due to
scheduled maintenance or an unexpected error. Please try again later.’ I’ve tried deleting the app, removing the digital license and adding again. Nothing has worked it has been like this for at least 2 weeks now

Lost my license today and really needed to order another one. Can’t log in - even though I’ve used the app countless times in the past. Forgot my email addresses even! So here I am signing up from the start but one credential is wrong - is it my address, rego number. I don’t know because it can’t tell me. What sort of antiquated nonsense is this? The chat bot couldn’t even understand the question, help me login. Pathetic

As other reviews have said, every time we want to go in, we have to put username and password, then the text code, then select an ‘easy’ login code. Please fix! When I’m logging in multiple times a day to approve my learners drives it’s an absolute pain!

Contrary to a previous review, I have never needed to go through a difficult log in process - it is simple, via Face ID on an IPhone (no experience with Android) or a password if you must and it provides access to all Vic roads information such as car and caravan registrations and licence details, with renewal dates and history.  Does what it says on the box…

I have read reviews seeing that people are constantly being logged out! I have never had this problem and find it to be extremely user friendly, as soon as I open the app it uses face recognition ALWAYS. It’s great that I don’t have to carry my physical drivers licence around with me anymore.

It’s finally smooth, a pleasure to use when the internet connection is decent, with amazing UX designs. But a lot of the functions still require a redirection to the website version of VicRoads, and it’s still missing key features such as the Marine license.

I had a VicRoad account already so downloaded the app, logged in and authenticated. It all just worked. Was all done in 2 mins! So good that I don’t have to worry about carrying my card any more. Look forward to it just being in my phone wallet one day!

So easy to set up, even a child or a 70 year old (me) can do it. The ability to display full licence details or restrict information to name + address only, or just prove you are over 18 (self evident in my case) are great features. Yes more enhancements could be added. As mentioned by others - caching your licence would be good, to enable it to be viewed by police when your picked up for speeding through Woop Woop and there is no reception. But there other ways to do the same thing - take a screen capture of your digital licence and provide that to the Woop Woop police (better than nothing, which is what the unlicensed drivers on our roads use)

Just for the people who are having issues . You need to make sure you have login detail with VicRoads via there website . Then you link your drivers licence there . Once you have done that you’re able to login with your email and password on the app. :)  I only really downloaded the app more incase I forgot my licence at home and got pulled over.. haha

Dismal bugs after all these years is unacceptable! What is VicRoads really trying to do here! Can’t login after upgrading my iPhone despite multiple installs. Get your act together VicRoads!

Update: 22/10 to their credit, the developer provided an App update which fixed my authentication issue.

At this stage the latest update seems to have resolved the issue with it constantly logging people out.  This app is now quite useful!  Will update my review to 5 stars once I’ve used it for a bit longer if it continues to work as well as it is right now.  Thank you!

I’m pretty happy to have my digital license but I get logout all the time and it takes me quite a bit to login again because I have to go through all the disclaimers and OTP in order to login again. Hopefully you’ll be able to do it faster in the future
