## What is MyVideoSpot?

MyVideoSpot gives authorized users secure mobile access to their organization’s media library and broadcasting tools.

With the app, users can:

• Browse and manage media files and folders
• View images, videos, audio, documents, and MediaSpot templates
• Search, sort, and filter media
• Upload media directly from an iPhone
• Preview supported media files
• Access broadcasting channels and start live streams
• Manage supported digital-sign features

MyVideoSpot is designed for schools, organizations, and existing MyVideoSpot customers. A valid MyVideoSpot account and mobile access credentials are required.

Share Upload Improvements

Please test the new Share to MyVideoSpot feature from the iOS Photos and Files apps.

Test sharing images, HEIC/HEIF photos, videos, and other supported media to MyVideoSpot.

Please verify that:

Shared media uploads successfully.
HEIC/HEIF images are converted and uploaded correctly.
Uploaded images show the correct thumbnail and preview in My Media.
Title, description, and destination folder are saved correctly.
Upload progress and completion work correctly.
Pending uploads recover correctly after reopening the app.
My Media refreshes and displays newly shared uploads.

Please report any upload failures, missing thumbnails, incorrect folders, or media that does not open after uploading.
