I used to get my salary paid on time and visible in Monzo, PayNow hides it and drops salary whenever. Keeps harassing to use cash backs but they’re only paid into the savings account open through PayNow. It keeps suggesting that I transfer money from my wages that I have not yet received which I don’t want to do, and this is front and centre and in my face every time I open it. It will not allow me to set up the saving function and I am getting no help with this from Wagestream! You try to get help but cannot contact anyone live or in real time and there is no telephone number or direct email address given. You are given a ticket from an automated bot and told someone will contact you in a few days which is just not good enough!!! When the team did eventually contact me, they were no help whatsoever!
