It should be all in one go that’s so wrong ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-04-21* Only using it because my company decided to utilise for “better management of own finances”. I used to get my salary paid on time and visible in Monzo, PayNow hides it and drops salary whenever. Keeps harassing to use cash backs but they’re only paid into the savings account open through PayNow. Features that nobody wants to use, and a hindrance to managing own finances. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Stream is designed to offer more flexibility and control over finances, though we fully appreciate that this does not suit everyone. It keeps suggesting that I transfer money from my wages that I have not yet received which I don’t want to do, and this is front and centre and in my face every time I open it. It will not allow me to set up the saving function and I am getting no help with this from Wagestream! You try to get help but cannot contact anyone live or in real time and there is no telephone number or direct email address given. You are given a ticket from an automated bot and told someone will contact you in a few days which is just not good enough!!! When the team did eventually contact me, they were no help whatsoever! I’m beyond frustrated, annoyed and sick of it all so it’s getting deleted!!! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I reported the issue through the app and got zero acknowledgment and still after days haven’t been given any assistance.
