Using the same login details it continually says they are wrong and if I try to change the password it (as another review states) defaults to italian. I cannot understand how the App rates 3.4 out of 5, it does not work but 1 star is the minimum score. ### 1/5 — Unable to book classes *2025-03-20* Terrible app! It doesnt let me book classes! ### 1/5 — Previous version was much better *2025-03-10, version 7.0.5* The timetable and booking bugs. I preferred the layout of the previous app. Not impressed ### 5/5 — App doesn’t work! *2025-02-08* This app doesn’t work! Every time I want to book a class a bug pops up and says “internal error” so I am never able to reserve a class. This is very frustrating because I pay an expensive membership and this is supposed to be high-end so it should work. Why is this still not fixed?!?! You guys have serious issues with the development team. ### 1/5 — The new update is worst than the previous one. *2025-01-20* The new update is full of bugs and doesn’t properly connect with machines, body check etc. when booking classes the events are not automatically add to your calendar adding an extra step to the process! ### 1/5 — Disastrosa *2025-01-14, version 7.0.0* Non funzionano tante cose e si impalla. Era meglio prima. ### 1/5 — horrible App *2024-11-29* closes by itself, have deleted and reinstalled multiple times to make it work. the ux is horrible. you can feel this was made for the italian market, its all complicated just like what they like. start thinking on the user experience for once! ### 1/5 — The worst App of them all *2024-11-17* This app is full of bugs, it doesn’t open correctly, it doesn’t sync with the machines, it fall of the classes and register you as absent. You receive notification and they look as blank page. The experience is really useless. You should review all the problems and launch it again. ### 1/5 — Password *2024-10-10, version 6.2.7* If I ever log out, it never accepts the password set and you need to reset. Try to reset the password and I get a message in Italian. I enter my email for a password reset and nothing happens! Virgin active - you seriously need to up your game and get some more investment into the IT ### 1/5 — App access whilst away from home *2024-08-08, version 6.2.7* The minute you are out of the country, or even out of London the App cannot be accessed. It’s so frustrating.
