Unable to log in to the app after registering on the website.   App asks for email address while website asks for User ID.   App says login information is unrecognized.

Has wrong spelling for name & birthdate but options to edit are grayed out. Too much hassle to call/email support so uninstalling.

I can’t even get past the invitation part. I keep sending myself an invitation but I haven’t received anything. I don’t understand why the login info isn’t the same as the website.

Saved me SO much time and worry when I was so sick I couldn't get out of bed with a UTI and was promptly assisted by an online physician thanks to my insurance, (Maryland Physician's Care - Medicaid.)
I STRONGLY recommend this app for you and your family!
