Electronic box does not stay Bluetooth connected to the iPhone, videos within the app only load intermittently. ### 3/5 — Tolles Produkt, App ausbaufähig *2024-10-23, version 1.2.12* Habe den ganz neuen Anzug, die App erkennt die zusätzlichen Kontakte aber nicht. Auch dass ich mich jedes Mal neu einloggen muss ist nervig. Wenn es funktioniert ist der Anzug mega zum trainieren. ### 3/5 — Not what I was sold *2024-07-25, version 1.2.11* I purchased this suit for over $2000 and no one mentioned anywhere that there was 120 minute time limit PER WEEK on the suit itself. Since I may work out my arms in one session and then my legs in another session this means I can through the 120 minutes fairly rapidly. I recently lost 70 pounds and I’m starting to use the suit more. My issue is that no one told me there was a limit when I purchased it and I did speak on the phone with someone in Florida for a pretty lengthy amount of time. It’s hidden on the website under one of the questions. I also saw on one of the questions that I could add a person to my suit. I don’t know how this would work if we have to share 120 minutes. ### 3/5 — The app is sub-standard *2024-01-01, version 1.2.8* This app does not regularly send emails, does not recognize the box, and goes blank. I have had to reload the app 3 time. Dieses sehr nützliche Tool sollte schnellstmöglich wieder funktionieren. Ansonsten funktioniert alles wie vorgesehen. ### 1/5 — Keine Verbindung zur Box möglich *2022-05-20, version 1.2.2* Leider kann sich die App nicht mit der Box verbinden. Die App funktioniert nur mit einem Account, was auch den Gebrauchtkauf recht schwer macht. Der Support muss den Account zurücksetzen. Hat bei mir aber auch erst mal nicht geholfen. Ich hoffe der Support ist weiterhin so bemüht. ### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht *2022-04-29, version 1.2.1* Nach einer Trainingseinheit findet die iPad-App die Box nicht mehr. Alles probiert, nix geht. Letzter Versuch: Deinstallation der App. Nach Neuinstallation wird die Box wieder gefunden, allerdings sind die Minuten auf Null gesetzt. Somit kein Training möglich! Support reagiert nicht, auch nicht auf Bitte um Ersatz für von vornherein defektes Ladekabel und auch nicht auf Bitte um Retoure. Zum Glück habe ich noch kein Geld bezahlt. Bin gespannt, wie es weiter geht. Das Training hat sich auch nicht so gut angefühlt. Der Stromfluss schien nicht auf allen Elektroden gleich zu sein. Bei 6% schon extrem unangenehmes Britzeln. ### 1/5 — Anzug ist nicht zu empfehlen… *2022-02-19, version 1.2.1* …besser Finger von lassen. Mein Wunsch der Rückgabe wurde bis jetzt ignoriert. Der Anzug funktioniert nur bedingt und schlecht. Das viele Geld scheint futsch zu sein….sehr schade und unseriös ### 2/5 — Wann kommt die neue Version? *2021-11-07, version 1.1.8* Ich nutze die App und den Anzug nun seit ca. 6 Monaten. Schon bei der Bestellung (vor über 10 Monaten) war die neue Version inkl. Herzfrequenzmessung angekündigt. Leider ist die „neue Version“ noch immer nicht veröffentlicht. Stronger brand, better experience, and at a much lower price point. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-01-31, version 1.2.18* I got my suit with a defective control box. The suit fits perfect, but the box doesn't function. I charged it as advised and managed to connect it to the app, attached it to my suit and turned on in the app. I accepted the terms and started the training. Then I raised the intensity to 11 percent on the whole body and felt absolutely nothing. It wouldn't allow me to raise it more. I clicked "finished the training", detached the box from the suit and attached it again. I opened the app and it closed by itself, and I couldn't reopen it. I deleted reinstalled the app (successfully), logged in and couldn't connect the device because it wouldn't switch on! When I connect it to the charger the light doesn't shine (as it used to shine before when I charged it for the first time). I want to return the suit and get refunded ASAP! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS FOR A DEFECTIVE DEVICE! How's that even possible? I'm deeply upset with my purchase, with your company, the service and the technology witch is marketed as best on earth. Shame on you. Tell me how to return it and give me my money back. ### 1/5 — Grottenschlechte App, sollte eigentlich den kompletten Anzugskauf rückgängig machen *2025-09-27, version 1.2.18* Die App ist Grottenschlecht, bietet einfach nur minimal das was grad so nötig ist um den Anzug zu nutzen, Einrichtung nur mit Hindernissen weil nach der ersten Abfrage wird die Tastatur einfach weggeklappt, und ist nur mit tricksen wieder zu holen. App ist, da wo man ein bisserl was übersetzt hat, einfach nur schlecht übersetzt. Aber an vielen Stellen ist sie eh nur englisch. Und es gibt nirgends eine Hilfe oder Erläuterung in der App. Wenn man Einführunsvideo anschaut, klar kommt in Englisch. Der Support wenn man anruft ist überfordert und kann auch nicht helfen. Also ich überlege gerade echt, den ganzen Bettel wieder zurückzusenden. Und ich habe es getan, alles zurückgesendet rückabgewickelt und Geld zurück. Habe nun Anzüge der Fa. Ein Belehrungsvideo startet vor dem Training zwangsweise aber dann kommt man nicht mehr in die Kontrollebene hinein. Was soll das? So kann ich jetzt nicht mehr trainieren. The white text on bright yellow background is difficult to read. 2. Saved workouts can still not be renamed or deleted 3. The muscle group controls are on the opposite side to the image. Very illogical. Edit: Saved workouts replay incorrectly!! For example, when doing my standard chin-up set, the back turns off, and chest turns on! I almost fell off the bar! What’s the point of saving a standard workout when the circuits don’t follow like they were saved?! I am currently on my 5th suit, and they refuse to replace it again even though it is under warranty! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great dry suit technology *2026-07-10, version 1.2.18* I have only used the suit one time and I already love it. Had a little trouble at first because I wasn’t feeling any stimulation after setting it up. Turns out I just needed to delete and reinstall the app. This is my second EMS suit. I used the first suit to recover from a shoulder procedure. The first suit was the wet technology, which was messy and so uncomfortable, especially in the winter time. The results were so resounding when I did reassessments on VO2 max, body composition, flexibility, balance, and muscle strength and endurance and metrics of heart function, I had to double check because I was so blown away by the results! VISIONBODY, however is different. It is truly the best suit I've ever purchased and I could not believe how light and durable it was (which is why I bought in the first place) but then how user friendly the app was is another level. Im able to have my personal clients buy their own systems to use when on vacation and it's easy to learn and navigate.
