Can’t get beyond entering email. Never sends a code to phone because phone is not registered.  Frustrating!

myVisionTrack is a prescription-only solution in a limited number of practices in the US, and your healthcare provider would need to register you for myVisionTrack with your mobile phone number. You mentioned that your phone number was not registered. Would you please call us at (855) 774-8632 or write to us at mvt_support@gene.com so we can help you to get this resolved?
